Can I purchase labels without ordering wine?
Yes, you can.
Can I see my design before it gets shipped?
Yes, our graphics department will email you a black & white JPEG set up of your design for approval prior to shipping
What kind of wine is supplied?
The average price of wine is supplied as a add-on is $8.00. Keep in mind gifts are intended as keepsakes. If you prefer a more exclusive vineyard our staff will be happy to accommodate you. Vineyard, year and type of wine will need to be provided. This purchase will be adjusted accordingly to your credit card or PayPal account.
Why can’t I ship wine to my state?
Each state has it’s alcohol regulation agency and maintains the right to limit wine shipments entirely or partially.
Is there an additional charge for custom design labels?
We consider all labels a custom and one of a kind design. In some cases the client will request items that are not included in the package price. In this situation a representative will contact the client before any work is done and discuss the price adjustments. No work is performed before a fax or email is received okaying the work order
What is the charge for shipping?
• Standard ground: $11.00 within the United States. Labels will be shipped via FedEx.
• Express shipping is available prices are determined by destination of product.
• Example: Priority Overnight: $55.00, 2 Day: $26.00, Express 3 Day: $22.00 Standard {5 Business Days} $11.00

When can I expect my order to be ready for shipping?
Typically it takes 7-10 days for custom image label orders. The production process time does not include shipping.
• Ship times vary depending on the destination of the product. Express shipping is available at an additional fee. For accurate pricing please contact our shipping department and provide them with your address. They will be more than happy to calculate these charges for you. 1-727-943-8470.
Is there a minimum size order?
No. As the saying goes no order to BIG no order to SMALL. Our mission is to see all customers are completely satisfied with their creation.
