Our Graphic Design team is here to serve you. Although there is nothing wrong with selecting one of our templates from our gallery. We have a creative staff that is willing to work with you one on one to design a truly unique product. How we accomplish this is by discussing with you how we can incorporate items such as hobbies, pet photos, favorite sporting teams, business logos, college mascots etc. into your very own one of a kind gift.
Each label is designed from a blank template typically taking 2 weeks. This estimation does not include shipping time which will vary depending on the destination. When ordering a label you will ask to submit a photo of your recipient’s event.
Images MUST be provided at a resolution high enough for commercial printing. As a general minimum your image should have the following characteristics.

The image files MUST be in one of the following formats; *.JPG, *.JPEG, *.PDF, *.INDD, *.AI , *.PSD, *.EPS, *.TIF, and *.ZIP.
If you are uploading multiple files or need to include fonts and linked files, then you will need to ZIP them up together to create a single file.

As a general rule, if your file is not at least 500Kb, then it probably does not have a high enough resolution WFTH utilizes a designed template with space designated for your supplied image.
We will check files for color accuracy and digitally correct if necessary. Otherwise, images will be used as received.
Next our writers work with you to create that special message that expresses your emotions. Our customers have the option to create their own special message. Our design team will help you select borders and frames that will be infused into your design. Color conversion is also an option through Wines from the Heart.
Our paper quality used for our labels is a 100% Premium Cotton Paper with a finely textured wove finish with an acid-free permanent adhesive.
Once we have complete your label, a sample will be prepared and sent to you via email. Please check your sample carefully for any spelling, dates, names, errors, ect., before approving! At this time minor changes can be made. We do require approval via email before any printing begins. Once we receive final approval from you, NO changes will be permitted .
